1. Program Description

YMPC Capital (“we,” “our,” or “us”) offers customers the option to receive SMS/text messages regarding their inquiries, account updates, appointment scheduling, and related services. If you opt in, you may also receive occasional promotional or marketing texts.

2. Consent

By providing your mobile number and affirmatively opting in through our website or other methods we provide, you consent to receive SMS/text messages from YMPC Capital at the number you supply.

Consent is not a condition of purchase.
You may opt out at any time (see Section 5).

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us, but generally, you will receive fewer than 8 messages per month unless otherwise noted.

4. Costs

Message and data rates may apply to each text message sent or received, in accordance with your wireless service plan. Please contact your mobile carrier for pricing details.

5. How to Opt Out

You may cancel SMS/text communications at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. After you send STOP, we may send one final confirmation message to confirm your opt-out. No further messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe.

7. Supported Carriers

Message delivery is subject to your carrier’s terms of service. Participating carriers include, but are not limited to, AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and other major U.S. carriers.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Messaging Terms at any time. Updates will be posted to this page with a revised “Effective Date.”
